Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enter. By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Selection Criteria: Winners will be selected based on the “Highest Score with the fastest completion Time”. In the event of a tie, the participant who completed the quiz first will be declared the winner.

3. Participation Limit: You are permitted to participate only once in each of the quizzes. Multiple entries from the same individual will lead to disqualification.

4. Profile Accuracy: Ensure that you provide a Valid Name and Email address as the gift card reward is delivered only via email. We are not liable for your errors and invalid email address automatically lead to disqualification.

5. Unique Contact Information: You must use a unique contact information, as the same mobile number and email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the each quiz.

6. Fair Play: Any form of unfair means, including but not limited to impersonation, multiple participations, or use of unauthorized aids, will result in immediate disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in such practices.

7. Ineligibility of Organizers: Employees involved in organizing the quiz, directly or indirectly, or an immediate family member of such an employee are not eligible to participate. This includes any third-party agencies involved in the quiz organization.

8. Data Privacy: By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data by the organizers for the purposes of the quiz and related communication. Data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the quiz shall be at the sole discretion of the organizer to use available participation data.

10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

11. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to server outages, network problems, or compatibility issues that may affect participation.

12. Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed to the winners within 14 days of the announcement. QuizzesLive is not responsible for any delays caused by other third-party services involved in the delivery of rewards.

13. Communication: All communications regarding the quiz will be made only through our official email reward@quizzeslive.com. You are responsible for checking your emails and messages regularly for updates.

14. General Conduct: You must conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards other participants and organizers. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
